I specialize in foundational training across various disciplines.
After several years of training horses for the public, I realized that I was often the second or third trainer to work with a horse still facing issues. These problems were not necessarily caused by previous trainers, but often stemmed from a lack of knowledge about proper foundational training for young horses. Many of these clients had already spent significant time and money trying to resolve issues that could have been avoided with the right start. In some cases, the horses weren’t even suited to the owners' needs.
My goal is to fill this gap by offering high-quality training that starts with ensuring the owner has the right horse and providing a solid foundation from day one. This approach saves clients time, money, and stress, while setting horses and owners up for long-term success.
In addition to starting young horses under saddle, I offer tune-ups for older horses, problem-solving for difficult situations, continued education for horses in western disciplines and lessons to my clients with horses in training.
